The spiritual meaning of water
We will target the experience of meaningful work, defined as work that is perceived as personally significant and worthwhile (Lysova et al., 2019). This includes meaningfulness in work (which stems from what does a red ring around the moon mean spiritually workers do within the work role) and meaningfulness at work (which is rooted in workers’ sense of being part of something bigger than themselves; Pratt & Ashforth, 2003). Research on meaningful work notes that meaning operates on multiple levels. These levels were recently summarized in a model proposed by Lysova et al. (2019), which examines meaningfulness as a function of individual-, job-, organizational-, and societal-level factors. These factors provide the structure we use to organize this chapter (see Fig. 27.1).
Make a list of your own actions and patterns that were self damaging and decreased your quality of life, happiness, and ability to reach your full potential. Those weaknesses are part of you, some will never change, but acknowledging them is half way to a solution. There really is power in the perfection, and I always like to come back to the famous Persian poet Hafiz who when describing a diamond said; “the rainbow is confined in it forever”. I feel like I see that rainbow everyday and I get to harness that beauty and energy into every NFJ jewellery pieces and take them to another level of promise and possibility.
It is an invitation to live in alignment with one’s true purpose and nature. The whole purpose of the progression is to lead to this joining. There’s also an element of waiting, since it’s the last number before ten—which has heavy spiritual significance. Ancient people were quite familiar with this angelic language, Swedenborg says, and understood the symbolism of even large or complex numbers. Numerology tends to be considered a fringe interest in our time, but the ancients used numbers to preserve spiritual concepts that they could not communicate in words. Addressing spiritual depression often requires a holistic approach; combining psychological, emotional, and spiritual support to find meaning and purpose.
Ch’i, or qi, is the energy present in and guiding everything in the universe. The Tao Te Ching and other Taoist books provide guidelines for behavior and spiritual ways to live in harmony with this energy. Rather, there are gods as part of the Taoist beliefs, often introduced from the various cultures found in the region known now as China. Taoist temples, monasteries and priests make offerings, meditate and perform other rituals for their communities.

Followers of the religion believe the Dalai Lama is a reincarnation of a past lama that has agreed to be born again to help humanity. Gautama was born into a wealthy family as a prince in present-day Nepal. Although he had an easy life, Gautama was moved by suffering in the world.
A systematic replication of the study comparing groups having different levels of spiritual/religious dispositions or interests could be informative. Such people may describe themselves as “religious Nones,” “spiritual but not religious,” agnostic, or something else altogether. Additionally, the initiative seeks to explore the ways in which the experiences and practices of the “spiritual but not religious” might constructively engage with and benefit individuals and communities within religious traditions. The Foundation has long been committed to supporting projects that bring philosophical and theological scholarship into conversation with the sciences.
